What an incredible day at our annual Summer Nurse Symposium! ☀️🩺
On June 4th, 38 dedicated school nurses gathered to learn, connect, and re-energize around our theme: On the ROAD to Student Success.
Together, we focused on:
🛣️ Responding to students' needs
🛣️ Offering compassionate care
🛣️ Advocating for health and wellness
🛣️ Driving positive outcomes

We kicked off the morning with an inspiring, empowering message from Rhonda Cox on the vital value of school nurses. Attendees then dove into critical topics led by three fantastic guest speakers, covering everything from legal considerations and documentation standards (including Section 504 and IDEA) to recognizing and addressing Human Trafficking.
