Care Team Strategies

Anxiety can sometimes overwhelm us, leading to problems like avoidance, relationship troubles, and struggles with academic performance.  Techniques that increase our control over the physical side of distress (like increased heart-rate, blood pressure, and physical tension) can give us power to lessen distress enough to move toward positive action and problem solving, and if practiced daily can significantly reduce baseline anxiety.

Take a look at these activities used by our Care Team for some great examples of strategies designed for this exact purpose.
