Registration Link

If you are paying by PO, please follow these steps:

  • Add the workshop to your Pitstop Cart.
  • Email a PDF copy of your PO to pitstopadmin@esc14.net and keep the workshop in your Pitstop Cart. A confirmation email will be sent once the purchase order is processed (generally within 4 business hours).
  • Return to your Pitstop Cart and complete your checkout.

If you require a W-9 for your Business Office, you can download a copy here.

Additional Event Details

Food, Beverage, and Dietary Restrictions:

Outside food and drink is discouraged unless there are allergies preventing you from eating provided meals.

  • Beverages (water, tea, coffee) will be served through the day for Day 1 and Day 2.
  • Lunch will be served Day 1 and Day 2. 
  • Afternoon snacks will be provided Day 1 and  Day 2.

Dietary Restrictions Submission

If you have dietary restrictions (e.g. gluten sensitive, dairy sensitive), please let us know by submitting this form. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.

  • There is no virtual or hybrid attendance option for the GCA Institute.

  • Register with Region 14 ESC Pitstop:

    1. Enter this URL in your browser: www.pitstop.esc14.net.

    2. In the top right corner, select REQUEST ACCOUNT.

    3. Enter your email address. Confirm email address. Select NEXT.

    4. Enter the required information. Select REQUEST.

     

    Workshop Registration:

    1. Use the registration link provided for the training session. Note: You will need the direct link to the workshop. You will not be able to search for these training sessions in the Pitstop catalog.

    2. Click on ADD TO MY CART.

    3. Login if requested. Answer the required questions.

    4. Click CHECKOUT. Confirm CHECKOUT.

  • Credit card or Purchase Order (PO) payments are accepted. For questions about payment, email t1si@esc14.net.

  • Yes. You may transfer your registration to another staff member on or before 4:00 PM on Thursday, March 19, 2026. 

    Email t1si@esc14.net to make the necessary updates.

  • You may cancel your registration with a full refund on or before 4:00 PM on Thursday, March 19, 2026. 

    Email t1si@esc14.net to make the necessary cancellation.

  • To keep registration costs low for ESCs, we will only be providing the following food at the Institute:

    • Coffee will be provided daily in the morning.
    • Lunch will be provided Day 1 and Day 2.
    • Tea and water will be provided Day 1 and Day 2. 
    • Afternoon snacks will be provided Day 1 and Day 2.
    • No breakfast will be provided at the academy, however, guests staying at the host hotel have complimentary breakfast buffet available daily.
