Frequently Asked Questions

  • Registration will be conducted through Region 14 ESC’s Pitstop application. 

    1. Setup a Pitstop account.
    2. Register for the conference using this link: 
    3. Complete payment.
    4. Retain your confirmation email for your records.

  • There is no virtual or hybrid attendance option for the Program Meeting.

  • Register with Region 14 ESC Pitstop:

    1. Enter this URL in your browser: www.pitstop.esc14.net.

    2. In the top right corner, select REQUEST ACCOUNT.

    3. Enter your email address. Confirm email address. Select NEXT.

    4. Enter the required information. Select REQUEST.

     

    Workshop Registration:

    1. Use the registration link provided for the training session. Note: You will need the direct link to the workshop. You will not be able to search for these training sessions in the Pitstop catalog.

    2. Click on ADD TO MY CART.

    3. Login if requested. Answer the required questions.

    4. Click CHECKOUT. Confirm CHECKOUT.

  • Beverages & Amenities:
    Yes, attendees will have access to vending machines, coffee, tea, water, and ice at various points throughout the building.

    • These areas also include a refrigerator, microwave, paper goods, and disposable utensils for your use.

     

    Nearby Restaurants: Attached is a list of nearby restaurants, each with a live link for driving directions. 

  • Yes. You may transfer your registration to another staff member on or before 3:00 PM CST on Thursday, January 15, 2026.

  • You may cancel your registration with a full refund on or before 11:30 AM CST on Thursday, January 15, 2026
