Frequently Asked Questions

  • Registration will be conducted through Region 14 ESC’s Pitstop application. 

    1. Setup a Pitstop account.
    2. Register for the conference using this link: 
    3. Complete payment.
    4. Retain your confirmation email for your records.

  • There is no virtual or hybrid attendance option for the Compliance Academy.

  • Register with Region 14 ESC Pitstop:

    1. Enter this URL in your browser: www.pitstop.esc14.net.

    2. In the top right corner, select REQUEST ACCOUNT.

    3. Enter your email address. Confirm email address. Select NEXT.

    4. Enter the required information. Select REQUEST.

     

    Workshop Registration:

    1. Use the registration link provided for the training session. Note: You will need the direct link to the workshop. You will not be able to search for these training sessions in the Pitstop catalog.

    2. Click on ADD TO MY CART.

    3. Login if requested. Answer the required questions.

    4. Click CHECKOUT. Confirm CHECKOUT.

  • Credit card or Purchase Order (PO) payments are accepted. For questions about payment, email t1si@esc14.net.

  • To keep registration costs low for Title I, Part A school systems/charters and campuses, we will only be providing the following food at this location’s academy:
    • Coffee will be provided daily in the morning.
    • Lunch will be provided Day 1.
    • No breakfast will be provided at the academy, however, guests staying at the host hotel have complimentary breakfast buffet available daily.

  • Yes. You may transfer your registration to another staff member on or before 3:00 PM on Friday, February 13th. 

    Email t1si@esc14.net to make the necessary updates.

  • You may cancel your registration with a full refund on or before 3:00 PM on Friday, February 6, 2026
