Yes, multiple consultants from the same ESC may collaborate on one session/presentation.

Yes! We encourage partnerships between ESCs for the Compliance Academy. We do ask that no more than three different ESCs partner on a single presentation.

Yes, each ESC must be included on at least one session proposal. All ESCs will be represented in the selected breakout sessions.
Per the the ESC ESSA Basic Services Initiative Program Guidelines (pg. 13), the ESC must present at least one session at the Title I, Part A Compliance Academy hosted by the Title I, Part A Capacity Building Initiative.

Each breakout session is 1 hour and 15 minutes.

Presenters will be notified of their selected sessions no later than Friday, January 9, 2026.

No. Every ESC will be selected to present.

Absolutely. We would love to know if you are experienced and comfortable presenting on a variety of topics! This will help us tremendously in our planning and selection process.

There are four (4) breakout times in the schedule. Each breakout time period will have 4-5 sessions to choose from. There will be 20+ individual breakout sessions offered over the two days.

We will do our best to notify presenters as soon as possible. With the submission deadline of December 17th, our team will have six business days to review the submissions and select the presentations.
