2025-2026 TEA Title IV, Part A, Technical Assistance Survey
A 2025-2026 TEA Title IV, Part A, Technical Assistance Survey will be sent out to LEAs in May 2026 for LEAs to provide TEA feedback on technical assistance and support ESCs provided for the Title IV, Part A, program. The survey will solicit information for all technical assistance and support required under the grant as referenced in the Program Guidelines for the 2025-2026 ESC ESSA Basic Services Initiative grant.
Attached, for your reference, please find the Technical Assistance survey questions that LEAs will respond to at the end of the year. TEA will send out the technical assistance survey directly to LEAs. After the survey responses have been received, we will provide you with the instructions for viewing the survey data.
TEA will use the data from both the Title IV, Part A, ESC Training Evaluation Document and Technical Assistance surveys to evaluate the training and technical assistance offered and provided by ESCs; the data will also serve as a statewide needs assessment for planning purposes, as recommended by the U.S. Department of Education during a monitoring review.
